Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located on avenue de Wagram, close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. The rooms are clean and offer a view of the Eiffel Tower, with complimentary coffee and pastries. The service is friendly, but the dining could use some improvement. The location is excellent for exploring the city, and the facilities are satisfactory.
Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the hotel prepared for an early check-in at 7:00 am, which was a lifesaver after a tiring flight. The room had a high-end bathroom with a Nespresso machine, offering a touch of luxury. However, there were some maintenance issues like the bath tap hanging out of the wall and a small bathroom mishap with the shower handle falling. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor room maintenance concerns.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were good-sized with two full/queen beds but unfortunately not available due to an unexpected issue. The service was fabulous, especially by the front desk staff. The location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk to everything we needed but could use some renovation. The dining was fine with fresh pastries and fruit, but below average with limited options.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and came with luxurious toiletries, and the Arc De Triomphe/Eiffel Tower view suite was a real treat. The service was friendly, although there were some instances where they needed more training. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Champs Elysees, making it perfect for exploring Paris. The dining options were impressive, especially the breakfast buffet.
